Accessories Return and Exchange Policy
Damaged goods or items that are incorrect due
to HK Fashion Accessories error can be returned for full credit within 15
days of customer receipt of goods and notification of error by Fax or
E-Mail to HK Fashion Accessories.
Incorrect or damaged merchandise will be replaced
willingly with new merchandise via the original shipping method
chosen. Change in shipping methods may be charged to the customer.
Prompt return the damaged goods is advised to prevent double billing.
Special Order items can NOT be
returned.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the
invoice date. Original merchandise must be returned and received by HK
Fashion Accessories
before any refunds can be processed. When the return is received, a refund
will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise returned
and sales tax, if any. We generally do not reimburse the original shipping
and handling charge on your invoice. Upon receipt of return,
your account will be credited within 10-14 days. You will receive an email
notifying you that your return has been processed and the proper account is
credited.
